Bed and breakfast „Pension Walserheim“ is located in the center of Lech. Enjoy a full breakfast in our newly furnished breakfast room - also available to our guests in the evening! Bring your own food, drinks can be found for a small fee in our fridge (beer, wine, soft drinks).

Our most affordable option for a single holiday, spacious EZ in the basement with shower, television and toilet. The price includes buffet breakfast.

All prices are in EURO per room/night incl. the valid VAT excluding tourist tax EUR 4,60 per person (from 14 years) per night. All information without guarantee - errors and omissions excepted!
All offers apply the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions.

  • Daily rates are per room/night in EUR, incl. breakfast buffet. Rates for children are in the room with full-paying adults.
  • Check-in / Check-out
    Please check-out the room until 10:00 clock. Upon arrival the rooms are available from 16:00 clock. The rooms are kept free until 18:00 clock, if late arrival is not agreed.
  • Non smoking rooms
    All rooms are non smoking rooms, we ask this to be observed.
  • Dogs and pets
    Dogs and other pets are not allowed out of consideration for our other guests.
  • Ski and boot room
    For your ski's and ski boot we have a room available.
  • Parking for cars
    Private parking space in front of the house is free of charge.
  • Free Internet
    Use of our Wi-Fi is free of charge and throughout the house possible.
  • Payment methods

  • Cancel your booking
    A cancellation is unpleasant for you and us and we try to be generous. However, if it is not possible, the rooms continue to rent, we charge cancellation fees. The same applies for early departure, late arrival and non-arrival.
  • Excerpt from the terms
    3 months - no cancellation fee, 3 months to 1 month: 40%, 1 month to 1 week: 70%, in the last week: 90% of the regular rate.

Your Holiday Insurance

More than just a cancellation insurance (without excess) for your holiday. Hotel Cancellation Plus also includes trip interruption, additional costs for late arrival or an involuntary extension of the holiday and search and rescue costs.
